Nigel has worked in Learning and Development for over 20 years. He has a vast amount of experience across the sectors. He provides hands on development activities to a range of staff and managers. His expertise lies in developing skills in front line managers and staff. He provides a range of activities, but his specialisms are the provision of workshops, coaching and facilitation. Nigel designs and delivers a range of Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) accredited programmes.
