Margie has worked in Learning and Development for 15 years, more recently specialising in Leadership Development. Leadership was a major component for her MBA and is now her passion.
Margie has held a variety of leadership positions including heading up the Leadership Development function in an organisation of 18,000 employees. Margie has worked across sectors, industries and with organisations of varying sizes in a range of cultural settings.
The driving ambition for Margie is to transform managers into excellent leaders through innovative strategic leadership development provision.
