Jill has 21 years experience in HRM, in both generalist roles as well as in specialist roles in employee communications and learning and development. She has worked across sectors.
She has a breadth of skills in HRM including competency frameworks, performance management, employee communications, facilitation skills and project management skills.
She is currently studying for an MBA through distance learning.
