Avidus Associates appreciates the challenges faced by small businesses, thus have created two products designed specifically to meet the needs of smaller enterprises.

The first product is Boost and comprises of tailored support packages designed with the small to medium organisation in mind. Boost allows regular support and advice in the area of HR, Leadership Development or Learning and Development.

The Boost package involves linking an Avidus Associate with a client to support them to address their needs. Some sample frameworks are presented, but we can work with you to design your own Boost package.
