There are two Directorates that constitute Avidus Associates, the Strategy Directorate and the Technology Directorate.
Strategy
The Strategy Directorate specialise in the development of human capital. The team are experienced in the Leadership Development field and work with organisations to develop a strategic approach to Leadership Development. The development team engage in projects in Leadership Development, Learning and Development and HR with a range of organisations across sectors and industries. Technology
The Technology Directorate specialises in Programme and Project Management of significant strategic IT implementations. Much of the work is centred on leading telecommunications companies, although the Directorate has also contributed to implementations in the public sector.
