Overview
Avidus launched the Action Learning Network ? Leaders United to promote cross sector learning. Leaders from a variety of organisations across the sectors meet once per month in order to learn with and from each other.

Overarching Objectives
This Network was designed to:

Enhance the leadership capability of leaders in the Public, Private and Voluntary sectors, through a process of shared learning
Offer leaders opportunities to reflect upon current leadership practice and behaviours
Offer leaders opportunities to explore current leadership challenges
Promote continuous improvement
Enlighten leaders with regard to the commonality of leadership challenges across sectors
Develop leaders in their understanding of leadership in different sectors

This Action Learning Network has proved successful on a local level, so Avidus Associates are preparing to launch a National Action Learning Network in 2007. Register to join the Action Learning Network before 1st March 2007 and you will be eligible for an introductory discount of 10%.
